Questions, answered
First cuts
How young is too young?
We welcome children from their first birthday, and earlier if hair is in the way.
Can my child sit on my lap?
Yes. Many first cuts happen on a lap with the cape over both of you.
What if my child gets upset?
We pause, show the clippers switched off, and take a break. Stopping is always fine.
What do you do for kids who dislike the buzz?
We offer a scissors-and-comb cut, with no clippers at all.
Visits
Can we walk in without a booking?
Yes, when a chair is open. Waits vary; the board shows who is next.
Is there a deposit to book?
No deposit. You pay at the chair.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Please give us 24 hours by phone, text or online.
Families
Can siblings go back to back?
Yes. Book two or three chairs in a row.
Do you cut grown-up hair too?
Yes, in the chair next to your child's.
Which languages do you speak?
English and Spanish at the front desk and in the chair. Feras also speaks Arabic.
Ready for the first cut?
Pick a time, or walk in when a chair is open. Tell us it's a first haircut and we'll slow everything down.
